Hi there, I'm Mercy.
My job is to hold space for you; space to calm the storm, room to communicate with your commitment to self, and freedom to recognize the courage it took to get this far.
My communication style
The session's tone is often led by deep breathing to center and prepare us for the work to be done. This type of tone allows us to take a moment to reflect and give us space for thought on each topic. We seek to find that peaceful equilibrium and safe space in each session.

My focus
I have worked with clients as little as 3 years old to 80+. Some clients appreciate play, while others appreciate art, and we all learn a little psychoeducation to help our toolbox grow.
My goals for you
Short-term and long-term goals are important. Finding ways to reward and keep ourselves accountable are just as significant. We come for a reason, and finding ways to track those changes are an important part of the "process."
